"Buddy checked out two spots around our home and thankfully there was no mold. He could’ve told us we needed further testing, taking advantage of our lack of knowledge, and would have had to charge us for that, but he was honest with us and stopped with the free visual inspection. Very personable and great to work with, highly recommend!"
"Over the past week, I've had an outstanding experience with Buddy, owner of Mold Removers. I called him for fear that we had mold on and in our HVAC and ducts. He answered his cell even though he was on vacation, and was so kind and helpful, getting my details and arranging an inspection for the following week. He told me he could send his team, but the nature of my concern was more complicated, so he wanted to examine it himself, which I fully appreciate, given his expertise. Buddy called me first thing the day we had agreed for the inspection, while his team was doing work a few blocks away. He inspected our HVAC and ducts thoroughly -- took photos of all of the areas in question and talked me through what he discovered. He had good news for us, thankfully: what our HVAC tech thought was mold, actually was just moisture and dirt! Me and my husband are such novices with these types of things, Buddy could have taken advantage of us and said we had mold and needed to spend tons of money on mitigation, etc, and we wouldn't have been the wiser.
We are so thankful for Buddy's expertise - operating his business with kindness and good character. He was also very sweet, playing with my toddler, as he was in and out of the house. As well, he did not charge us a fee for the inspection (his time is valuable, so he could have). So impressed. He treated us like a true Buddy should! :)
We hope to never have another mold scare, obviously, but we will definitely call Buddy if we are ever in this situation again! I fully recommend Buddy and the Mold Removers LLC for their services. Thanks again, Buddy!"
"I had a chance to contact the “ Mold Removers, LLC.” Company. I was very pleasantly impressed with the highly professional attitude and conduct of Buddy Crider, his expertise and abundance of knowledge was only matched by integrity and honesty. He conducted a thorough inspection to determine that there was no mold to be treated refusing even to be paid for his trip to our home and back. He commented “ We do not charge for inspection.”
I could have thought of tens of other companies who would have charged for coming, some may created a job out of none, and even expensive treatments taking advantage of our inexperience and anxiety for our and children safety. I am very grateful for professionals like Buddy and companies like his. I recommend them very highly and they will be always the source to refer to to if any of my friends or acquaintances come to need their help."
"Buddy was great to work with. Our need was urgent as we were selling our house. He was confident in a remediation plan( and he was right) for airborne mold. He even told us that we could remedy over time with just a dehumidifier, but since we were selling we needed treatment.
He was very courteous and patient with the home buyers , who were very difficult and demanding."
"We had some water get into the basement and we afraid of mold. Buddy Crider came out to the house within a week of leaving a message. Arrived on time. Very professional and friendly. We pulled off baseboard along one wall and checked thoroughly. Within 30 min of arrival, suggested replacing baseboard but no other action. No charge for assessment. could not be more pleased with outcome, Buddy C, and with The Mold Removers, Inc."

"Elliot is awesome. Fast, responsive, and thorough.. He brought Johnny for the job who was also very helpful and professional. Highly recommend."
"Great experience with Elliot from Mold Removers. He was extremely knowledgable and provided next step information quickly. I feel so much better having him explain the issue. Will be reccomending to all/ anyone- actually already have."
"Great company! They were quick to inspect what we thought might be mold, found nothing and charged me zero for the visit. Buddy and Elliot worked around my families tight schedule and even waited for our 1 year old to wake up from his nap before knocking. Excellent crew that I cannot recommend enough!"
"We found some unexpected mold in the garage shortly after closing on our home. The mold removers were able to get us an estimate, and eliminate the mold. I'd say 4.5 stars if that was an option. It would have been nice if they could have come more quickly. They gave us a date later than we were hoping, and were able to stick to that date. The mitigation involved the removal of some dry wall without replacement as indicated. It did feel more expensive than I had expected. They were clear in their estimate, but for the amount of work involved, I feel the price was a bit steep. Still, it is hard to find a company that communicates clearly, and follows through with their promised service without any "issues" popping up. The Mold Removers were able to do that."
"Great experience with The Mold Removers. We needed them to do some remediation in our attic and crawl space, and they were accommodating, on time, and very reasonably priced. Thanks guys!"

"Excellent job. Came in, set up all needed safety precautions for "dismantling" & removing most of the wood paneling in my basement as well as some furniture where mold had taken over due to a leaking hot water heater. They were prompt, professional, said what they were going to do, did it very well & very quickly and then showed me exactly all they had done. Would definitely use again. Joyce King"

"Responsive and quick scheduling - pricing is fair considering they are quick to inspect and quick to get to work. Easy to remit payment and handle communication through e-mail so you aren't playing phone tag. Tech's always give a call before heading on-site and will generally call if they have any questions while they're there. I've used them a few different times at different types of properties and they always exceed expectations. I feel confident in trusting all mold remediation through this team.

"Everyone did a great job communicating about the work needed. Curt, Jim, and the whole team took care of our crawlspace quickly and at a reasonable price. They were recommended by our insurance company. -A year later, I asked if they could come back out to inspect our crawl again as we were going to have encapsulation done and a dehumidifier put it. Curt was out in just a few days and looked everything over, answered my questions, and gave our crawlspace a clean bill of health. I would use them again if needed."
"I spoke with Jim and Buddy on the phone and they were both extremely professional and just genuinely likable! The guy that came out for the inspection was friendly and informative. The crew that remediated the crawl space and replaced the vapor barrier were also professional, kind, informative, and just good people. They let me know about an issue I had with my Hose bibs, and how to properly ventilate my crawl space, even going as far as to properly secure my dryer vent that had been unhooked for who knows how long. I absolutely recommend The Mold Removers!"
