"Over the past week, I've had an outstanding experience with Buddy, owner of Mold Removers. I called him for fear that we had mold on and in our HVAC and ducts. He answered his cell even though he was on vacation, and was so kind and helpful, getting my details and arranging an inspection for the following week. He told me he could send his team, but the nature of my concern was more complicated, so he wanted to examine it himself, which I fully appreciate, given his expertise. Buddy called me first thing the day we had agreed for the inspection, while his team was doing work a few blocks away. He inspected our HVAC and ducts thoroughly -- took photos of all of the areas in question and talked me through what he discovered. He had good news for us, thankfully: what our HVAC tech thought was mold, actually was just moisture and dirt! Me and my husband are such novices with these types of things, Buddy could have taken advantage of us and said we had mold and needed to spend tons of money on mitigation, etc, and we wouldn't have been the wiser.
We are so thankful for Buddy's expertise - operating his business with kindness and good character. He was also very sweet, playing with my toddler, as he was in and out of the house. As well, he did not charge us a fee for the inspection (his time is valuable, so he could have). So impressed. He treated us like a true Buddy should! :)
We hope to never have another mold scare, obviously, but we will definitely call Buddy if we are ever in this situation again! I fully recommend Buddy and the Mold Removers LLC for their services. Thanks again, Buddy!"

I was very pleasantly impressed with the highly professional attitude and conduct of Buddy Crider, his expertise and abundance of knowledge was only matched by integrity and honesty. "We found some unexpected mold in the garage shortly after closing on our home. The mold removers were able to get us an estimate, and eliminate the mold. I'd say 4.5 stars if that was an option. It would have been nice if they could have come more quickly. They gave us a date later than we were hoping, and were able to stick to that date. The mitigation involved the removal of some dry wall without replacement as indicated. It did feel more expensive than I had expected. They were clear in their estimate, but for the amount of work involved, I feel the price was a bit steep. Still, it is hard to find a company that communicates clearly, and follows through with their promised service without any "issues" popping up. The Mold Removers were able to do that."
